The Fox Moon is a youth opera that takes us into the mysterious Evergreen Forest, full of children who transform into animals. Among them is thirteen-year-old Zoja, who one night, illuminated by the full moon, climbs a tree to rescue her kitten and falls into the depths below. Before she falls, a black bird with antlers catches her and carries her above the treetops, deep into the mysterious Evergreen Forest. There, her magical journey begins, where she will face the challenges of growing up and discovering her own identity. Based on the book by Maša Ogrizek, with music by Matej Bonin, and choreography by Ana Pandur, who is also the author of the concept and libretto, the story explores courage, friendship, and the moments when one must take a step into the unknown.
